There are many different golems in this wonderful world (name pending) I shall list a few now, and I shall list more as time goes on

Machina Golem: basic: Machina Golems come in all sorts of types. Basic golems have little capacity for precision work, so they're generally made for hard labor. Cheap, easy to mass produce, you can see them operating plows or constructing the larger parts of vehicles. They're bodies are basically blocky machines.

Machina Golem: skilled: Skilled Machina Golems are not as commonly seen as basic ones, but are still seen quite often in the common home. They generally take care of precision instruments and serve as house servants (chefs, butlers/maids, etc.). Skilled Machina Golems look more humanoid then basic ones, even having their own clothing and voices.

Machina Golem: expert: The pinnacle of human engineering, the expert class of Machina Golems are very rare. They are the ones who commonly posses personalities, and can perform anything a human can and more, as they possess better physical abilities. The expert class of Machina Golems is the one preferred by Cedric when he changes into a machine golem.

Blood Golem: A Golem made of blood and blood alone, these golems are widely known as "Unity Golems". This is because Blood Golems can combine with other Blood Golems. Despite being made of a liquid, Blood Golems possess the ability to solidify at will to strike. They are commonly seen as security for hospitals and such, as their blood is type O and therefore can be given to anyone.

Nightmare Golem: A machine golem turned black by twisted magics, the Nightmare Golem is commonly used for the darker things in the world such as assassination and such. Being the pride of joy of criminal syndicates everywhere, they generally sport different weapons depending on their owners. They also can turn invisible in absolute darkness. More powerful ones can cause illusions.

Cedric's Nightmare Golem form wields twin claws and, being one of the more powerful types, can cause illusions.
