so it begins

Basic introduction to a Hollow attack. Introduces the notion of the Chain of Fate and Pluses (human spirits chained to the Real World) as well as the job of the Shinigami.

CHAPTER TWO
no sense of direction
part one

Introduces members of the Zero Division as well as hinting towards some major task they both must complete. Shows the appearance of Adriano and Virgil as the former frantically searches for Zeria (Jippensha Crystal)

CHAPTER THREE
no sense of direction
part two

Adriano continues his search for Zeria but stumbles upon the Eleventh Squad Barracks and their Third Seated Officer, Addle. Before the two can get into the dream Addle had the previous night, Lieutenant Osaragi Ami reprimands Adriano and sends him out of the Barracks.

CHAPTER FOUR
it's all red

Training. An integral part to all Shinigami's lives. Though what happens when two Lieutenants think they can take out a Captain whilst he's not paying attention?

CHAPTER FIVE
our infinite struggle

Screamwire. A long time enemy of the Shinigami has made a reappearance in the Real World. Kasumi must organize an Advance Party to enter the Human World and distract him whilst the Alpha Team prepares to take over the battle once immunized against his special ability. The Captains gather to discuss who is to go.

CHAPTER SIX
scream

The Advance Team arrive in the Real World to find many of the houses laid to waste. Hollows are attacking from many sides, but a pair of humans are fighting back against them; each housing a unique ability. A Quincy is also encountered but before she can reveal what happened during the uprising, the Shinigami are dragged back to the reason as to why they are. Finally encountering Screamwire, thy engage in battle, only to be defeated almost instantly by the Evolved Hollow's ability of Scream.
Will the Alpha Party make it in time to save them from their fate?

a welcome burden

The battle is over and wounded lay being treated in the Medical Wing.
But there appears to be something else on Captain Viktoria's mind as she drops by on Jesse. Something happened in their past. Something that changed them both. What is this mysterious event? And what exactly do Captains Mark and Jace know about it?

Tia, Jessica and Sonny are all experiencing strange emotions that take them over in the midst of battle. Neither knows exactly what this is but all three believe it is down to some event in their past.
Meanwhile, Mark and Jace make their way towards the Eleventh Division's Barracks to speak with Viktoria. What darkness lurks in their dreams?

CHAPTER TEN
sacred lie

In the midst of a sparring match with her Lieutenant, Kelly is overcome with a sudden urge to kill. The sheer shock of the onslaught of this emotion pulls her from it and as she sits to think over what has happened, Isaiah pays her a visit and suggests that they go to Viktoria's office. Perhaps talking it through with another will help Kelly to understand what is happening to her, rather than living under the lie of feeling fine.

CHAPTER ELEVEN
i'm alive

As Mark and Jace make their way to Viktoria's office, they bump into Jesse who also seems to be heading to see the Eleventh Division Captain. Meanwhile, Kelly and Isaiah cross paths with Sonny, Jessica and Tia. The eight all arrive at the Office and find Viktoria expecting them.
Words go unspoken as the nine ponder their united pasts.

Screamwire, the destroyer of Jesse's family and life stands before the team sent into Hueco Mundo by Captain Chiyu of the Eighth Squad. Due to his kinship with Kasumi and his own personal power, the Team does as asked out of respect.
Little do they expect to be caught up in an event that would inevitably affect their futures, changing themselves in the process

The nine friends, each united by their past, reminiscence upon just what had caused this sudden peculiar change within each of them. Still not entirely about what those words spoken by Captain Chiyu actually meant all those years ago, they make a pact... forming a secret group: Nain Touken.

Damon, dispatched to the real world in order to make contact with the Humans met during the Screamwire mission, finds himself in the middle of a battle between the target humans and a Menos. The humans, vastly underpowered compared to the massive Menos, find themselves trapped.
Will Damon get to them in time? And will he be successful in his mission?

A raw recruit into the ranks of the Shinigami, Damon finds himself newly graduated and sitting as the Sixth Seated Officer of the Thirteenth Squad. Believed to be destined for great things, he is pitted against the current Fourth Seated Officer of the Eleventh Division. Despite drawing on the power of his Zanpakutou, Damon still loses... but gains so much more.
Meanwhile, what sparked the hatred between Viktoria and Ahmed?

Viktoria VERSUS Ahmed. Their paths finally cross, resulting in a full blown fight. To onlookers, it appears to be a perfectly innocent training battle, but looking closer, one might notice the difference in the Eleventh Division Captains eyes... a thirst for blood glints within.

Bound by their fate, Zen and Dustin are overrun by Hollows. But are they really all they seem? Something is different about these Hollows. Far more intelligent than the run of the mill Hollow, Dustin and Zen quickly come to realise that they are way out of their comfort zone
